Philosophy of Care

The human body is an amazing creation with God given wisdom and a healing ability beyond comprehension. We recognize that a “one size fits all” health care approach can leave you frustrated. Central to our health balancing approach is acknowledging and approaching you as the unique creation that you are. We encourage each of you to be seekers of truth as you embark upon your healing journey.

Practice Information

Julie Penick is a recognized Family Nurse Practitioner in the state of Missouri. Julie has advanced education and training in alternative and complementary health care approaches.

Robyn Penick is recognized as a Certified Natural Health Professional, Licensed Spiritual Healer and Loomis Digestive Health Specialist in the United States. Robyn is a Biofeedback Specialist and studied Holistic Nutrition at Clayton College of Natural Health. Recently Robyn expanded her area of expertise into Emergency Medicine where she attained her EMT-Basic certification, followed shortly thereafter by her National EMT-Paramedic certification.  She is presently working on her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree.

This practice operates on a “fee for service” basis, therefore no insurance assignment is accepted, including no Medicare and no Medicaid. 

Payment is expected at the time of service.  For 'In Person' visits payment can include cash, or Apple Pay.  For Telehealth visits payment will include Apple Pay.

Please feel free to bring in any information or research you have gathered in regard to your health care issue. We will be happy to review these with you during your appointment. Depending on the decisions you make in regard to your health care journey, there may be a follow-up visits recommended. Follow-up appointments are scheduled by either a routine half hour visit for $75 or a complex 1 hour visit for $125.

Staffing and time issues do not allow for phone communications in regard to information shared during your consultation-therefore you will be provided with a written “game plan” at the conclusion of your visit.

An email address will be provided to you for courtesy communications once you have established with the practice.  Please be advised that email communications do not negate the need for appropriate, face-to-face follow up.  Introducing new health care concerns or acute health care problems not related to our care with you are not appropriate for email communications.
